Free shipping & where we ship

We ship worldwide. Orders of $75 or more ship free within the contiguous United States via the lowest-cost ground service (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) — and that includes all of our greenhouse and hoop-house kits.

Orders under $75, plus all Alaska, Hawaii, PO Box, and international orders, are rated at checkout. PO Boxes ship via USPS and aren't eligible for free shipping.

International orders

No surprise fees at your door. Every international order ships Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — duties, taxes, and customs charges are calculated and paid at checkout, so nothing is owed on delivery. Transit times vary by destination, and customs processing can add a few days.

Freight & oversized kits

Receiving a freight delivery? Larger items and kits (over 150 lbs) ship by LTL freight on a pallet, delivered curbside.

Please be available to receive it, and inspect for damage before you sign — note any damage on the delivery receipt, which is required to file a freight claim. A liftgate (to lower the pallet to the ground) is available for an additional fee, and appointment delivery can be arranged.

Need to change or cancel? Contact us before your order ships and we'll handle it.

Incorrect address

If an order is returned due to a wrong address entered at checkout, the customer is billed the cost of re-shipping.

Damaged or lost

Contact us within 5 days of delivery and we'll make it right. For freight, note damage on the receipt too.

Shipping refunds

Ground shipping is non-refundable. Guaranteed express services are refundable if the carrier misses its deadline.

How soon will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from our Texas warehouse. Express orders placed after 12 PM EST ship the next business day.

When will it arrive?

See the estimated delivery times above for ground service from Texas. For a guaranteed date, choose 2-Day or Overnight at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide, Delivered Duty Paid, so duties and taxes are handled at checkout with nothing owed on delivery.

What happens with a freight (oversized) delivery?

It arrives curbside on a pallet. Be present, inspect before signing, and note any damage on the receipt. Liftgate and appointment delivery are available for an added fee.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet — contact us right away and we'll take care of it.

My order arrived damaged. What now?

Contact us within 5 days of delivery (and note damage on the freight receipt for oversized items) and we'll make it right.
