Order FAQ
When will my order arrive?
Most products will ship from our facility in 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. This does not apply to products over 150 lbs. (See freight page for more details). Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and selected territories. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.
Express shipping orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. You can view our shipping information here.
If you need to edit your order prior to shipping, contact Bootstrap Farmer at (888)-406-1982. Order changes are unavailable after they are shipped.
What if my order shows up damaged?
Unfortunately sometimes shipping damage happens. If your order is damaged please email us at contact@bootstrapfarmer.com and provide the following information:
- Your order number
- The name and quantity of each item damaged
- Picture of the damaged products
- Picture of the shipping carton and any any damage to the carton
- Your preference of a credit or replacement for the damaged items.
How do I return or exchange my items?
Don’t love what you bought? We’re happy to accept returns for items within 30 days of your purchase. Some exclusions apply on products and locations. Read our return policy here.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The purchaser is responsible for shipping fees for the return.
