First time micro-greens grower
I received my trays and hemp mats, all ordered from BF used step-by-step instructions from a you tube video which I modified using the directions from the BF website. 8 days later I had Arugula micro-greens in my dinner salad. The hardest part is cutting and rinsing the greens. A 5x5 tray yields enough for two large salads, complementing baby greens.

Much Easier and Cleaner than working with Soil
I love the Hemp Grow Mats. They save me a lot of time and clean up. Also, the micro greens do not have the annoying soil at the top of them when they are ready to clip and eat! This is a great product! The mats also grow a full tray of whatever I put on them, nice and evenly! :-)

Best thing ever
I’ve been growing micro greens for about a year now. I tried soil, micro greens, specific grow medium, towels, nothing, Coco core, and now these grow mats by far theater my absolute favorite, the mats are thick and hold water. Hemp grow mats
I have been struggling to find a grow mat for salad mix that doesn’t get smelly. So far these have worked great and the greens are growing extremely well and even.
